Southern Peach Junk Removal handles light, non-structural demolition across Atlanta and metro Atlanta: sheds and outbuildings, decks, fences and railings, playsets, hot tubs and above-ground pools, and interior tear-outs such as drywall, flooring, and cabinets. The debris is cleared in the same visit.
What does a tear-out look like start to finish?
This was one backyard deck. The boards came up, the frame came out, and the ground underneath was cleared, with the debris loaded into the trailer in the driveway as the job went.

The last frame is the same spot as the first. Demolition and removal are quoted together, which is why the ground is clear rather than covered in what used to be the deck.
Where does light demolition stop?
At anything structural. Load-bearing walls, roof structure, and whole buildings coming down belong to a licensed structural demolition contractor, and we will say so rather than take the job.
Inside, that usually means we are removing finishes: drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, fixtures. Outside, it means anything freestanding or attached but not holding the house up.
Is a hot tub demolition or removal?
Both, and it is quoted as one job. The unit is cut down where it sits so it can be carried out in pieces, which is the only way to clear most tubs off a deck or out of a fenced yard. See hot tub removal for what to do before the visit.
Does this work for commercial property?
Yes. Interior tear-outs between tenants, fencing, and outbuildings on commercial lots are the same work at a different address. Buildings with after-hours-only access or an approval chain should say so when booking.
