Residential by design
Johns Creek is overwhelmingly residential, which makes it one of the more predictable places in North Fulton County to run a job. Subdivision streets, attached garages, and driveways with room on them.
What that means practically
A dump trailer works here more often than almost anywhere else we cover. It goes on the driveway, you fill it across a weekend or a week, and it leaves when you are finished.
The common projects behind that are basements being cleared, kitchens and bathrooms coming out, and garages that have reached the point where the car has not been in one for years.
Decks and backyard structures
Houses built in the same era age in the same way. Pressure-treated decks, swing sets, trampolines, sheds, and hot tubs all come due around the same time, and all of them are light demolition with the debris cleared in the same visit.
HOA rules
Much of the city is under an HOA with its own view on equipment left on a driveway. Worth a check before a trailer drop.
