Along the corridor
Duluth sits on the I-85 side of Gwinnett County, which gives it a split personality: a walkable downtown and established neighbourhoods on one side, and a dense commercial corridor of offices, retail, and multi-family housing on the other.
Multi-family and turnovers
The apartment and townhome density here makes unit turnovers a large share of the work. Eviction and foreclosure cleanouts and furniture removal between tenants come up constantly, often several units at once rather than one at a time.
For a complex, the practical details are the same every time: where a truck and trailer can sit, which building, and who lets the crew in.
Established neighbourhoods
The older residential streets bring the other half of the work. Decks and fences at the age where they are coming out, garages and basements that have been filling since the house was new, and hot tubs behind fences that went up after the tub did.
