What has to happen before we arrive?
Anything plumbed or hard-wired needs disconnecting first, which usually means a plumber or an electrician rather than us. Water supply off and lines drained, gas shut off at the valve, power disconnected at the panel where the unit is wired in.
Once it is disconnected and standing free, the lifting and carrying is ours.
