Larger lots
Milton sits at the northern edge of Fulton County and has kept more of its rural character than the cities south of it. Bigger lots, longer drives, pasture and paddock land, and a lot of structures that are not houses.
Outbuildings and acreage
That is the defining difference here. Barns, run-in sheds, workshops, fencing by the hundreds of feet, chicken coops, and pole buildings. Taking those down is light demolition, and on acreage the question is usually how far the debris has to travel to reach a truck.
Long carries and soft ground are worth mentioning at booking. They change the plan more than the size of the structure does.
Fencing
Agricultural and equestrian fencing is its own job. Boards, posts, wire, and gates come out in volume, and volume is exactly what a dump trailer parked near the fence line is for.
