Offices on one side, neighbourhoods on the other
Peachtree Corners sits on the Fulton line in Gwinnett County, with an office park at one end and established residential streets at the other.
Office park turnovers
Technology Park and the commercial corridor around it mean a steady run of office work: tenants moving out, floors consolidating, and the e-waste that always surfaces when they do. Monitors, servers, networking gear, and copiers nobody wants to carry down.
Buildings here often restrict moves to outside business hours. That is fine, and it is worth saying at booking rather than on the day.
The residential side
The housing is mostly established rather than new, which puts it squarely in deck, fence, shed, and hot tub territory. Those are light demolition jobs where the debris leaves in the same visit.
Lots here generally have the driveway room for a dump trailer if you would rather load at your own pace.
