Marietta is the seat of Cobb County and one of the larger cities west of Atlanta, with a historic square at the centre and decades of suburban growth spreading out from it.
Three kinds of property, one city
Near the square: older houses on small lots, tight drives, and the access limits that come with a historic district.
Older suburbs: ranches and split-levels with carports, basements, and the mature trees that make yard and storm debris a recurring call.
