On the river
Roswell runs down to the Chattahoochee in southern North Fulton County, and it has an older core than most of the cities around it, with a historic district and housing stock that spans a long stretch of decades.
Old houses, awkward routes
That range is the thing that matters on a job here. A ranch with an outside basement entrance, a historic-district house with a staircase built for people who owned less, and a newer subdivision home with a two-car garage are three completely different cleanouts.
Tell us which one is yours. The route out of the property is most of what decides how a job runs.
River-adjacent lots
Property toward the river brings slope, trees, and limited street frontage. For those, carrying distance matters more than volume, and junk removal in one visit is usually easier to arrange than parking a trailer.
Trees
Heavy mature canopy across much of the city makes yard and storm debris a regular booking. We clear what is already down.
