Up toward the lake
Buford sits at the northern end of Gwinnett County, running up toward Lake Lanier, with the retail density around the Mall of Georgia at one end and older residential streets and lake-adjacent property at the other.
Whole-property clear-outs
Whole-property jobs come up here regularly: a full-house clear-out with the contents brought out onto the front lawn to be sorted before loading. Estate cleanouts run at whatever pace the family sets.
Lake property and outbuildings
Property near the water tends to accumulate things that live outside: docks hardware, boat gear, patio furniture that did not survive a winter, sheds, and above-ground pools. Those are light demolition and junk removal together more often than either one alone.
Retail and commercial
The commercial density at the southern end means retail turnovers and renovation debris, which is a different booking from a house but the same three services.
