What changes from one area to the next
The services do not change. Access does. In-town neighbourhoods and townhome rows tend to mean tight street parking and shared alleys, which matters when a dump trailer has to be dropped. Newer subdivisions out in the counties usually have the driveway room for it. Older houses mean stairs, basements, and crawl spaces rather than open garages.
