Two very different halves
Norcross is split between a small historic downtown with the tight streets that come with it, and one of the larger industrial and warehouse corridors in Gwinnett County.

That corridor is the reason commercial jobs are a bigger share of Norcross bookings than in most of the county. Warehouse clear-outs, pallets and packaging, e-waste from office space, and construction debris from fit-outs between tenants.

The old town side
Downtown and the streets immediately around it are the opposite problem: small lots, on-street parking, and houses old enough that the basement stairs were not built with a washing machine in mind.
A trailer drop there needs a plan for where it sits. Junk removal in one visit is often the simpler answer.
