Southern Peach Junk Removal hauls construction and renovation debris for contractors and homeowners across Atlanta and metro Atlanta: lumber offcuts, drywall, brick and block, broken concrete, roofing material, flooring, trim, pallets, and packaging.

Can you work around a live jobsite?
Yes, and most of this work is on one. The crew loads from wherever the pile has ended up and works around trades still on site.
What helps is knowing the constraints before arriving: gate codes, where a truck and trailer can actually sit, whether the drive will take the weight, and what time the site opens and closes.
Removal or a trailer?
It depends on whether the debris is finished accumulating. One visit at the end of a job is removal. A trailer earns its place when debris appears across the whole build and you would rather it leave the work area daily than pile up in a corner.
Some jobs use both: a trailer through the build, then a removal visit for whatever is left at the end.
Why ask about concrete and brick separately?
Because weight, not volume, decides those loads. A trailer that looks a third full of broken concrete can already be at its limit, while the same trailer takes a whole house of mixed debris.
Flag dense material when you book and it goes into the quote properly rather than becoming a problem on the day.
