All of the county, not part of it
We cover the whole of Gwinnett County, northeast of Atlanta, rather than a handful of its cities. That includes the county seat at Lawrenceville and the unincorporated areas between the city limits, which is where a good share of the county's housing actually sits.
City by city
Gwinnett is a collection of distinct cities rather than one sprawl, and each has its own page:
- Lawrenceville, the county seat
- Duluth and Norcross, along the I-85 corridor
- Suwanee and Sugar Hill, to the north
- Buford, up toward Lake Lanier
- Peachtree Corners, on the Fulton line
- Lilburn and Snellville, to the southeast
Why the county is easy to work
Compared with in-town Atlanta, most of Gwinnett has the one thing that makes a dump trailer straightforward: a driveway with room on it. Subdivision lots, garages you can back up to, and side yards wide enough to carry a deck out through.
That is why trailer rentals are a bigger share of the work out here than they are inside the perimeter.
Residential and commercial
Homeowners through the subdivisions, and property managers, offices, and contractors along the business corridors. Both book the same three services.
